- Call Tracking & Recording: I implemented tracking & recording to see exactly which ads were driving the most valuable calls.
- The 5-Minute Rule: I coached the team on rapid lead response. Data shows that calling a lead back within 5 minutes makes them 10x more likely to book.
The Results
By cutting out the waste and focusing on high-intent local traffic, we turned the practice into a lead-generation machine.
