  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if invoices are not paid by their due date.
  • Refunds: Due to the customized nature of digital marketing consulting and strategy work, all payments made to Join Me Here Inc. are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your explicit Service Agreement.

Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: All content, tools, code, methodologies, and materials displayed on joinmehere.com or developed by Join Me Here Inc. remain our exclusive intellectual property.
  • Your Property: Any proprietary materials, logos, and data you provide to us to perform our services remain your exclusive intellectual property.
  • Deliverables: Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the marketing assets and deliverables created specifically for your business.

Disclaimers & Performance

  • No Guarantees: While we utilize industry-leading technical expertise, advanced SEO, and cutting-edge AI search strategies to maximize your visibility, search engine algorithms change constantly. Join Me Here Inc. does not guarantee specific rankings, specific search volume increases, or an exact return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for updates, policy changes, or account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or hosting providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Join Me Here Inc. and Christopher Berry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our website or consulting services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific services in question.

Termination
