I get a lot of the same questions before someone decides to work with me. That makes sense. You’re trusting someone with your marketing budget and your phone. You want to know exactly who you’re dealing with and how this works. I’ve answered everything below as clearly as I can. No fluff, no sales talk. Christopher Berry & Join Me Here Inc.
Join Me Here Inc. is a digital marketing consultancy I founded and run out of Orlando, Florida. I’m Christopher Berry, a Google-certified consultant with 30 years of experience. I work directly with small businesses and home service companies across Florida and nationwide. You don’t get handed off to a junior team. You work with me directly, every day.
Most of my clients are home service businesses: HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, roofers, cleaners, pest control operators, lawn care companies, pool service companies, painters, garage door companies, and more. I also work with dental practices, funeral homes, law firms, restaurants, and ecommerce brands. If you’re a local business that needs more calls or more customers, we’re probably a fit.
I’m a solo consultant. That’s intentional. When you hire me, you get me. Not a salesperson who disappears after the contract and an account manager who’s juggling 40 clients. I manage a limited number of accounts at a time so every client gets real attention.
I’m based in Orlando, Florida, in the Winter Park area. I work with clients across the country. Most of my work is done remotely. Location isn’t a barrier.
I hold six active Google certifications:
Google Ads Search
Google Ads Measurement
Google Analytics
Google Shopping Ads
Google Ads Video
Google My Business
I manually renew these every year. They’re not decorative.
Getting Started
Simple. I send you a secure access guide so you can invite me to manage your accounts without sharing passwords. Once I’m in, I review your current setup, identify what’s costing you leads, and put together a clear plan. After you approve the plan, I handle everything. Most clients are fully onboarded within a week.
No. All plans are month to month. I don’t lock anyone into a 12-month agreement. You stay because I’m delivering results, not because you’re trapped.
Fill out the contact form on this page or call me directly at (855) 564-6631. I’ll review your current digital presence before we talk so I’m not wasting your time.
Access to your Google accounts is the main thing. Depending on what we’re doing, that might include Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console. I’ll walk you through exactly how to share access safely.
Pricing & Billing
Plans start at $750 per month. The exact price depends on what services you need and the size of your account. I don’t charge setup fees, and there are no hidden costs in my management fee.
My fee covers my time and work: strategy, setup, daily management, optimization, reporting, and communication. It does not include your ad spend. That goes directly from you to Google or whatever platform we’re using.
Yes. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google, Facebook, or Microsoft. You own those accounts and you control the billing. My fee is separate and covers my management work. This structure keeps everything transparent. You always know what’s going to the platform and what’s coming to me.
You own everything. Your Google Ads account, your Business Profile, your Analytics, your website. I never hold accounts hostage. If we stop working together, you keep every account, every campaign, every bit of historical data. I work inside your accounts, not mine.
I’m primarily a monthly management consultant, not a freelance project contractor. That said, reach out and describe what you need. I can sometimes accommodate audits or one-time work depending on what’s involved. I have hourly rates set up for those types of situations.
SEO Questions
SEO stands for search engine optimization. It’s the process of making your website show up when people search for what you offer on Google. It matters because the top results get the vast majority of clicks. If you’re on page two, you’re mostly invisible.
Honest answer: 3 to 6 months to see meaningful movement for most local businesses. SEO is not instant. It’s a long-term investment. The trade-off is that organic traffic doesn’t stop when you pause a budget the way paid ads do. Once you’re ranked, you hold that ground.
Local SEO focuses on showing up in searches that include a location, like “plumber near me” or “HVAC company in Orlando.” It also covers your placement in Google’s Map Pack, the three-pack of business listings that appear above the regular search results. For most home service businesses, the Map Pack drives more calls than anything else.
Both. Most of my clients are local businesses. But I also work with ecommerce brands and companies targeting national audiences. The tactics differ, but the fundamentals are the same.
When I review a site, I look at technical health, page speed, mobile usability, content quality, keyword targeting, internal linking, backlink profile, and how Google currently sees your pages. I use that to identify where you’re losing ground and what to fix first.
PPC & Google Ads Questions
PPC stands for pay per click. You run ads on Google, and you pay each time someone clicks. The goal is to show your ad to people who are actively searching for what you sell, right when they’re ready to buy. Done right, it’s one of the fastest ways to generate leads.
Usually within the first week after launch, you’ll start seeing clicks and calls. It takes 30 to 90 days for a campaign to fully optimize and hit its most efficient cost per lead. I don’t promise overnight miracles, but paid ads are the fastest lever for immediate lead flow.

I use a combination of manual oversight and smart bidding strategies depending on your account’s history and goals. I review bids regularly, not once a month. Accounts that get ignored drift. Campaigns need ongoing attention.
Primarily Google Ads. I also work with Microsoft Advertising (Bing) when it makes sense for the client. For some industries, I run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads.
It varies a lot. A plumbing emergency call might cost $30. A roofing lead might cost $80 to $150. A dental implant inquiry might cost $200. I’ll give you a realistic benchmark for your specific industry and market before we start so you know what to expect.
Local Service Ads (LSA) Questions
Local Service Ads are Google’s pay-per-lead ad format for service businesses. They appear at the very top of search results, above everything else. You only pay when someone contacts you directly through the ad, not just when they click. They also display the Google Guaranteed badge, which is a strong trust signal.
It’s a blue checkmark that appears on your Local Service Ads listing. Google grants it after verifying your license, insurance, and business credentials through a background check process. It signals to potential customers that Google has vetted your business.
Yes. I walk clients through the verification process step by step. The documentation requirements can be confusing, but I’ve done this enough times to know exactly what Google needs and how to get it right the first time.
Yes. Disputing invalid leads is part of what I do. Wrong numbers, solicitors, out-of-area calls. Google gives credits for legitimate disputes. I track and file those on your behalf so you’re not paying for leads that never had a chance to convert.
Google Business Profile Questions
Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is your free listing on Google. It’s what shows up in the Map Pack when someone searches for your service locally. It shows your hours, reviews, photos, phone number, and more. For most local businesses, it drives more calls than the website does.
I keep your profile fully optimized and active. That means regular posts, accurate categories, photo updates, Q&A responses, review strategy, and monitoring for any spam or unauthorized changes. Profiles that go stagnant lose ranking. I keep yours active.
I can help you build a review strategy and make it easy for satisfied customers to leave one. I don’t generate fake reviews or use any tactics that violate Google’s policies. Real reviews from real customers are the only kind that hold.
AI Search Questions
AI search refers to tools like Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others that generate direct answers to search queries instead of just listing links. These tools are pulling from websites to build those answers. If your content isn’t structured to be cited, you get left out. For local businesses, this is a growing issue because AI answers are starting to appear for local queries too.
Yes. I offer AI search consulting focused on making your content citation-worthy. That means structured content, clear answers to specific questions, strong E-E-A-T signals, and technical setup that makes it easy for AI tools to understand and reference your site.
Increasingly, yes. AI Overviews are appearing for more local queries every month. If someone asks “who’s the best HVAC company in Orlando,” an AI tool might generate a direct recommendation. Whether you appear in that answer depends on how well your digital presence is built.
White Label and Agency Questions
Yes. I work with agencies that need a senior-level consultant to execute client work under their brand. I use the agency’s email, follow their reporting format, and stay behind the scenes. The client never knows I’m involved unless the agency wants them to. Learn more on my white label services page.
It depends on the scope of the engagement. Reach out and let me know what your agency needs and I’ll put together a straightforward proposal.
Reporting and Communication
I do a monthly strategy call with every client. Beyond that, I’m available by phone and email. You’re not waiting 10 days to hear back from me.
I send a monthly performance report covering the metrics that matter for your specific goals. For lead gen clients, that’s leads, cost per lead, and call volume. For ecommerce, it’s revenue, ROAS, and transaction data. I don’t bury you in vanity metrics.
Yes. Every month I summarize what I worked on, what changed, and what the plan is for the next 30 days. No black box. You always know where things stand.
Results and Expectations
By what actually moves your business. Calls. Form submissions. Revenue. Cost per lead. I set a baseline before we start and track against it every month so we can both see clear improvement.
We talk about it. If something isn’t working, I want to know. I’d rather adjust strategy than lose a client. And since there’s no contract, you’re free to walk away if we can’t fix it.
No ethical marketer guarantees specific rankings or lead numbers. Too many variables are outside my control: your competition, your budget, your market, Google’s algorithm. What I do guarantee is that I work your account every day, I report honestly, and I don’t coast once you sign on.
